General Terms and Conditions of Use - Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions, which the Customer must explicitly read and approve before completing the purchase, apply to the remote purchase of products and services pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) via the website www.miruspreziosi.it, owned by MIRUS PREZIOSI di Lorenzo Ammirabile, with headquarters in Bologna (BO), Via Calcavinazzi, 2/B.
All purchases will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, and, with regard to privacy, will be subject to the provisions of Law No. 675/96, as amended.
Descriptions and Images
The descriptions accompanying the items offered for sale on the website www.miruspreziosi.it provide as detailed an indication as possible of the items offered.
The images of the items reflect the actual item, although some minor variations in color, shape, or size are possible due to graphical decisions made when the images were entered into the sales system.
To better present the products, a zoom effect is applied to some items, allowing for a better view of their details and characteristics.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By electronically confirming their purchase order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the following general terms and conditions of sale in their dealings with MIRUS PREZIOSI di Lorenzo Ammirabile (hereinafter referred to as MIRUS PREZIOSI). They declare that they have read and accepted all the information provided pursuant to the provisions of the above paragraph. They also acknowledge that MIRUS PREZIOSI itself is not bound by any other terms and conditions unless previously agreed to in writing.
Any changes to these terms and conditions of sale will be effective from the time they are published on the website www.miruspreziosi.it and will apply to orders received from the time of publication of the changes onward, until further notice.
Customer Obligations
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be reviewed online by Customers visiting the website www.miruspreziosi.it before confirming their purchases. Submitting an order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance. The Customer undertakes, once the online purchase process has been completed, to print and retain these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which were previously reviewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the conditions set forth in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 and the articles of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005.
The Customer undertakes to verify that the delivery address for the ordered goods is correct and releases MIRUS PREZIOSI from any liability relating to delays in delivery, damage, increased shipping costs, or anything else that may arise due to errors in the delivery address.
When placing an order on the website www.miruspreziosi.it, the Customer undertakes to provide accurate personal information, including email address, address, and any other information requested in the order form.
To protect all consumers, MIRUS PREZIOSI reserves the right to take legal action against any abuse or violation of the above provisions.
Purchase and Payment Methods
Online purchases made by the Customer refer only to items offered by MIRUS PREZIOSI and viewable in the sales catalog on the website www.miruspreziosi.it.
The prices of the items in the aforementioned catalog include VAT and are expressed in euros.
Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown a summary of the unit price of each selected product, the total cost of purchasing multiple products, and the shipping costs depending on the shipping method selected.
The prices listed in the product catalog on the website www.miruspreziosi.it are updated and verified; Should a price be incorrectly published in this catalog, MIRUS PREZIOSI reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts already paid by the Customer, without this entailing any obligation for either party.
MIRUS PREZIOSI accepts the following payment methods:

Further details on these payment methods will be provided to the Customer on the website www.miruspreziosi.it before confirming the purchase order.
Delivery Methods
Delivery of items purchased from www.miruspreziosi.it will be carried out by trusted couriers and/or shipping agents to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Purchases will not be shipped to PO boxes, mail boxes, or similar addresses.
All jewelry purchased will be shipped gift-wrapped at no additional cost to the Customer.
If the Customer orders one or more items that are temporarily out of stock, the computer system will still accept the order, and MIRUS PREZIOSI will then provide a revised delivery time.
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to pay any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other fees due in their country of residence, including those related to returns (for shipments outside the EU).
Purchased goods will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment and, in any case, within the legal deadlines established by Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005.
The indicated delivery times refer exclusively to products in stock at the time of the order; MIRUS PREZIOSI cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
Before collecting the product, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, undamaged, and not wet.
This contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of residence also apply.

The contract is concluded in Italian (and/or in the languages available on the Mirus Preziosi store).
