Warranties

All items sold by MIRUS PREZIOSI through the website www.miruspreziosi.it are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty (duration varies depending on the product) and the 24-month warranty for defects pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.

To benefit from warranty service, the Customer must retain the invoice received with the product.

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products with a defect, provided the product is used correctly and in accordance with its intended use.

These warranties will not apply in the event of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the purchased product.

This warranty is reserved for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form).

In the event of a lack of conformity, MIRUS PREZIOSI will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the product's conformity through repair/replacement or a price reduction, up to and including termination of the contract.

If the defect found does not constitute a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs, as well as shipping costs.

If, for any reason, MIRUS PREZIOSI is unable to provide the Customer with a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), MIRUS PREZIOSI may, at its sole discretion, refund the full amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or superior quality.

Mirus Preziosi shall not be liable for any delays incurred during repair and/or replacement.

Return costs for the purchased item shall be borne by the Customer.

In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: e.g. certificates, guarantees, etc.).

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing within this period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or personalized according to the customer's specifications (Article 59, letter c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
