Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 (ten) days from receipt of the purchased products, with written notice by registered mail to be sent to MIRUS PREZIOSI by Lorenzo Ammirabile, Via Calcavinazzi, 2/B - 40121 Bologna (BO) - ITALY

The registered letter is intended to be sent in good time if delivered to the post office within the 10 days period mentioned above.

The communication can also be made by e-mail to info@miruspreziosi.it provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours (and in any case within 10 days from receipt of goods) .

Upon receipt of the registered letter with the intention of the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, MIRUS PREZIOSI will provide the customer with the information on the return of the goods purchased without such indications implicit acceptance of the return itself (acceptance of return and reimbursement will be subject to the presence of all the conditions indicated below in this paragraph "Right of withdrawal").

The costs of returning to MIRUS PREZIOSI are charged to the customer who, if present the conditions indicated below, will be entitled to reimbursement of expenses, except for the costs of packaging and shipping, as required by Italian law.

The refund will be made in full of the value of the returned good only if what is purchased is:

- in perfect condition

- complete with all its parts and functionality

- it does not even show signs of use, signs of wear, abrasion or scratches even slight or otherwise such as to prevent the reselling of the same as new product "

- made complete of its original packaging and complete with all guarantees and certificates that identify it.

In the event that damage is found in the returned goods (including the packaging, warranty, etc.) any repair costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

In the case of personal made or clearly customized items upon specific request of the Customer, the Customer can not make use of the right of withdrawal.

Diamond returns supplied in a sealed package are not allowed if the package has been opened and / or tampered with.

The Customer is solely responsible in case of theft or loss of items returned during the journey of the same until the taking over by MIRUS PREZIOSI.

In case of reimbursement of an item purchased with a currency other than the Euro, the value of the refund will be established on the basis of the change of the EURO on the day of the refund.

If the above conditions exist, MIRUS PREZIOSI will refund the amount due to the Customer within 30 (thirty) days from the return of the goods and in any case following the provisions of the Legislative Decree of 06 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code) on distance contracts.

 

Contractual resolution

MIRUS PREZIOSI reserves the right to terminate any contract stipulated with the Customer by providing the same simple communication accompanied by the necessary reasons.

In the event of termination of the contract by MIRUS PREZIOSI, the Customer will only be entitled to be refunded of the sums eventually paid when finalizing the order.

 

Jurisdiction

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.

Any dispute concerning the application, validity, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract will be the responsibility of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer if located in the territory of the Italian State.

If the Customer has his residence or his domicile abroad, then the jurisdiction for the disputes referred to above will be at the Court of Bologna in Italy.
