Object
These General Conditions, which are explicitly requested to be read and approved by the Customer before the conclusion of the purchase, have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely pursuant to art. 50 and ss. of the Legislative Decree of 06 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) through the telematic network on the site www.miruspreziosi.it belonging to the company MIRUS PREZIOSI of Lorenzo Ammirabile with headquarters in Bologna (BO) Via Calcavinazzi, 2/B.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of the Legislative Decree of 06 September 2005 no. 206 and, with regard to the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent modifications.
Descriptions and images
The descriptions that accompany the items on sale on the site www.miruspreziosi.it provide an indication as detailed as possible of what was proposed.
The images of the articles reflect what is offered, even if some non-significant variations in color, shape or size are possible due to graphic decisions when the images are inserted into the sales information system.
For greater presentation of the products to some of them is applied a magnifying effect (zoom) that allows a better view of its details and characteristics.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The Customer, with the electronic submission of the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his dealings with the company MIRUS PREZIOSI of Lorenzo Ammirabile, hereafter referred to as MIRUS PREZIOSI, the general and payment conditions below transcribed, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph "Object" above, also taking note that the MIRUS PREZIOSI itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Any changes to these terms of sale will be valid from the time they are published on the site www.miruspreziosi.it and will cover orders received from the time of publication of the changes onwards, until any further changes.
Customer commitments
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers visiting the www.miruspreziosi.it site before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The Customer agrees and obliges, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999 and the articles referred to in the Legislative Decree of 06 September 2005 n. 206
The Customer undertakes to verify that the delivery address of the goods ordered is correct and releases the MIRUS PREZIOSI from any responsibility related to delays in delivery, damages, surcharges of shipping costs or anything else that may occur due to errors in the indication of this address.
The Customer undertakes, when placing the order on the website www.miruspreziosi.it, to provide real data relating to their personal details, e-mail address, domicile or anything else required in the order form.
In the protection of all consumers MIRUS PREZIOSI reserves the right to prosecute any abuse and violation of the above provisions.
Method of purchase and payment
Purchases made online by the Customer refer only to the items offered by MIRUS PREZIOSI and can be viewed in the sales catalog on the website www.miruspreziosi.it
The sales prices of the articles in the aforementioned catalog are inclusive of VAT and are expressed in Euro.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product selected, the total purchase cost of multiple products and the cost of shipping costs depending on the type of shipment selected.
The prices shown in the product catalog of the www.miruspreziosi.it site are updated and checked; should a price case be incorrectly published in this catalog, it will be the right of MIRUS PREZIOSI to cancel the order and return the amount already paid by the Customer without this implying obligations for each of the two parties.
MIRUS PREZIOSI accepts the following payment methods:

More details on these payment methods will be presented to the Customer on the website www.miruspreziosi.it before confirming the purchase order.
Delivery methods
The delivery of what purchased by the Customer on the site www.miruspreziosi.it will be carried out by couriers and / or shippers of trust and at the address indicated by the customer during the preparation of the purchase order.
Under no circumstances we'll deliver what purchased to post office boxes, mail boxes and the like.
All purchased items will be shipped in gift packs at no additional cost to the customer.
In the event that the Customer provides to order an item or items temporarily unavailable in stock, the computer system will still accept the order and then it will be MIRUS PREZIOSI's care to provide indication on the new delivery time.
It is the Client's sole responsibility to pay for any customs duties, value added taxes or expenses of any other kind due in his country of residence, also in relation to any returns (in case of shipment outside the EU).
The shipment of the purchased goods will take place within 7 - 10 working days from receipt of payment and in any case within the legal terms established by article 54 D.Lgs 6th September 2005 n. 206.
The delivery times indicated refer exclusively to the products present in the warehouse when ordering; no responsibility can be attributed to MIRUS PREZIOSI for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
Before the withdrawal of the product the customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet.
Guarantees
All the items sold by MIRUS PREZIOSI through the website www.miruspreziosi.it are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty (with different durations depending on the product) and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02.
To use the warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice that will be sent together with the product.
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use.
These guarantees will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product purchased.
This guarantee is reserved to the private consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number).
In case of lack of conformity, MIRUS PREZIOSI will provide, at no cost to the Customer, the restoration of the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.
If the defect found does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration as well as transport costs.
In the event that, for any reason, MIRUS PREZIOSI is not able to provide its Customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), MIRUS PREZIOSI may proceed at its discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal or superior characteristics.
No damage can be requested to MIRUS PREZIOSI for any delays occurred during the repair and / or replacement operations.
The costs of returning the purchased good remain the responsibility of the Customer.
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: eg certificates, guarantees, etc ...).
